If you get sick, you should:

  1. Contact the client by phone and sms as well as via the chat in the app to ensure that the information is reached. Please be responsible and contact the client as soon as you feel ill and doubtful whether you can complete the job.
  2. Report that you are sick or not able to work by emailing hello@upgig.com.

In the event of illness, you may be asked to submit a medical certificate to prove your sickness or emergency in accordance with the applicable rules.
