The talent is responsible for contacting you as client when the person in question has become ill. When the person then reports through the service, you receive a push note.

Unfortunately, if the talent becomes ill and is forced to leave the job, you cannot replace the person. The talent will then send a time report for the hours she or he had to work, which you then approve and will be billed for.

Sickness certificates may be required in accordance with the rules applicable to the request for sickness certificates.
