The talent is responsible for contacting you as client if they become ill and are not able to work. You will receive a push notification when a talent is using the system to communicate that they are sick or not able to work.
Unfortunately, if the talent becomes ill and is forced to leave the job during an assignment, you are not able to get a replacement for the person. The talent will send a time report for the hours she or he has performed work, which you then approve and will be billed for.
A medical certificate may be asked for in accordance with applicable rules.
