Anyone can join Upgig, which means we have a large network of talents ready to work. When a talent joins the app, we go through their profile, and inform if there would be something that should be updated before the talent can start applying for the gig. We also ask the talent to check through the user manual and help center to be aware of the rules, conditions and functions.

When the talent takes their very first gig, we will contact the talent for a short video interview and request an excerpt from the load register.

Since we are not a traditional staffing or recruitment company, we do not want to be the one who recruits for you, but provide a tool for you to easily choose among the talents. In the platform you get the information that the talents have chosen to include in their profiles, you can easily start chatting with talents if you have questions.

The clients who have joined Upgig know their business best and then hold their own in the introduction that is specific to each individual assignment.
