Uncomfortable working hours (OB) means that the hired talent works, for example, evenings, weekends or during holidays. This means that the talent receives OB compensation in addition to regular salary, which increases the price per hour accordingly.

For officials, the timing of when OB compensation is determined and how much the person receives in compensation is determined according to:

Weekday evening (18 - 24): 27.83%
Night / morning (24 - 07): 41.75%
Saturday, Sunday & Holiday: 55.67%
Big weekend: 111.33%

The holidays include: Thirteen, May 1st, National Day, Ascension Day, and All Saints' Day until 2 p.m. 00 on the first weekday after the respective weekends.

Counted as a major weekend: From 18.00 on the cutting Thursday until 00:00 on the first weekday after the Easter weekend. From 07:00 on Pentecostal, Midsummer, Christmas and New Year's Eve until 10am. The first weekday after the respective weekends.

For workers, it is the customer's collective agreement that specifies both remuneration levels and times for when OB compensation should be paid. It therefore varies depending on the collective agreement the client has in his industry.
