Uncomfortable working hours (OB) means that the hired talent works, for example, evenings, weekends or during holidays. This means that the talent receives OB compensation in addition to regular salary, which increases the price per hour accordingly.

The level of OB is determined by the customer's collective agreement that specifies both remuneration levels and times for when OB compensation should be paid. It therefore varies depending on the collective agreement the client has in his industry.
